My blood pressure was measureed at 150/81 on July 27th. I started taking this blend and with daily measurements I watch my blood pressure decrease (sometimes it will go up). Today August 24th it measured at 122/74. I do not want to take blood pressure medications (I have never taken it). At 67 years old, if this is want it takes to stay off of medication, then I am in.
